In case of duly justified force majeure (serious illness, accident, bereavement), the organizer will study situations on a case-by-case basis and may propose a postponement or credit.
Article 6 Cancellation by the organizer
Dancerz Studio reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event for any legitimate reason (insufficient number of registrations, force majeure, instructor unavailability, etc.).
In case of cancellation at the organizer's initiative, registered participants who have paid will be fully refunded within 14 days following notification, or may opt for a transfer to a next event. No additional compensation may be claimed.
Article 7 Behavior and responsibility of the participant
Every participant undertakes to respect the rules of collective life, the instructions of the instructors and the internal regulations of the studio. Dancerz Studio reserves the right to exclude without refund any participant whose behavior would be incompatible with the proper conduct of the workshop or contrary to the safety of others.
Participants practice under their own responsibility. It is strongly recommended to take out individual accident insurance covering the practice of dance. Dancerz Studio declines any responsibility in case of injury, theft or loss of personal belongings on its premises.
Any person participating in a workshop involving physical contact (acrobatics, lifts, etc.) must ensure they are in adequate health condition. In case of doubt, a medical certificate of fitness may be required.
